Your purchased items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days -unless otherwise stated. Majority of shipments occur through Canada Post; however, you can choose a different shipping provider at checkout. We will send you an email notification with a summary of your order.

Your items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days; however, we are not responsible for any custom fees, if applicable. As the buyer, you are completely responsible for any possible customs/import charges as they occur. International orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery unless otherwise mentioned. Most shipments occur through Canada Post; however, you can choose a different shipping provider at checkout.
- Free U.S. shipping over $75 is not guaranteed to have tracking information -unless requested at checkout (additional fee).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
To minimize our carbon footprint, we will not be providing return labels or exchanges.
If, for any reason you have any problems with your order upon inspection, such as damaged products, missing items, etc., please contact us immediately. We value you as our customers and want you to have the best experience with us as possible. Please use the Contact Us button to send us a message and we will get to you as soon as possible!
(We hope it doesn't happen, but if your products arrive damaged upon inspection, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged product and we will be happy to replace any damaged items. We may choose to use the most economical shipment method which may or may not include tracking information.)
If, for any reason, you have a reaction to our products (which we hope doesn't happen to you because we know how bad it can be!), please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date with your invoice number. If 30 days have passed since your date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

When and if your return request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify whether we have approved or declined your request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days. We will also notify you by email of the amount and date we have processed your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund by the end of 30 business days, please check your bank account again, and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, However, we (Pampas & Reed) are not responsible for long processing waiting periods.
